Adam Algate, having been out of the workforce for 10 years, was not sure where to begin his job search. Not knowing the labour market made it tough to find the perfect fit for both Adam and his family. He started at Boston Pizza in April doing kitchen prep and has since progressed and is performing various tasks in several positions. His Manager noticed his reliability, determination and eagerness to learn and gave him the extra training and time he needed to succeed. Adam continues to grow and exceeds expectations with the Boston Pizza team.
